REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns Procedure & Warranty:

We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Please note, that any items marked as special order, are EXEMPT from cancelation and 30-Day return.

These include, but are not limited to, arrow shafts cut to your length, fletching of arrows, some custom-made bows and custom made bowstrings, items we had to source from an independent source. DVD’s may not be returned if unsealed.

Receiving the item:
If you notice any damage to the parcel, please do not accept it! Contact the courier, and inform both them and us of damages.

If you do accept the damaged parcel, please inspect the item/s immediately.
Any damage must be reported back to us, with photographic evidence within 48 Hours of receiving. Any report or claim received after this period will not be accepted/ considered.

Warranty:
For any warranty issues, you agree not to hold Silver Archery Limited or its representatives responsible in any way. You agree not to file a complaint/ open the case through PayPal, Stripe or your card issuing bank.
All Warranty issues – you agree to contact the manufacturer directly, and work with them.

If you have a faulty product still under the manufacturer’s warranty, or wish to return any unwanted items to us, please follow the steps as set out below.
1) Call us.
We will log your request on to our system and give you an RMA number. Please do not send anything back to us without speaking to us first!
2) We will discuss the best method of return and email your confirmation.
3) After steps one and two have been completed, send it back to us. The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability.
4) If it is the return of unwanted items (Please note, that any items marked as special order, are EXEMPT from cancelation and 30-Day return), we will refund you within 30 days the value of the original order. If the items require warranty service– you agree to contact the manufacturer directly, they will handle the claim. You agree not to hold Silver Archery Limited or its representatives responsible in any way.

You agree not to file a complaint/ open the case through PayPal, Stripe or your card issuing bank.
We will assist in dealing with manufacturer in regards to warranty, repair issues to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held responsible for any costs involved.
A note about postage costs (UK ONLY) - If your item arrived faulty or fails within 30 days, we will also refund your return postage costs. (Postage method must be agreed in advance, IN WRITING by SILVER ARCHERY. If you send back items using a more expensive service, then we will not refund the extra costs). If the items require service after 30 days then you will be responsible for the return cost to us, and we will cover the shipping of the repaired/replaced item to you.

Important Warranty Information Regarding International Orders:
While the majority of products shipped abroad give a trouble-free life, sometimes warranty service is required.
For international orders on all items SILVER ARCHERY LTD will not cover shipping expenses for the return of goods or the sending out of replacement goods. You will be responsible for shipping both ways. For items manufactured by SILVER ARCHERY LTD, you will be
responsible for the shipping back to us, but we will cover the shipping of the repair/replacement item to you.

Please consider this important point when having goods delivered outside the United Kingdom.
Please also consider that it is a likely requirement of the manufacturer that faulty goods be sent back to the place of purchase. Sometimes manufacturers may handle claims directly. If you need to return goods to us,

If this is not acceptable, please buy locally.
You will be liable for all import duties and local taxes, so please check with your customs office if you have any questions related to this.

30-Day Guarantee:
Our 30-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 30 working days after the goods are delivered. Some products ( all products marked as Special order) are exempt and cannot be returned after processing of your order has begun. Examples include goods made to your specifications or modified from the manufacturer’s original specifications by your request. These include, but are not limited to, arrow shafts cut to your length, fletching of arrows, some custom-made bows and custom made bowstrings. DVD’s may not be returned if unsealed.

Outside of UK
SAVE 20% UK VAT
When you checkout and select a delivery country in the EU the 20% UK VAT is automatically deducted from your order total.
There is no need for VAT refunds this is done automatically. In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Silver archery advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to
opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Email Addresses:
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Shipping Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
